What is Greatwoods LLC

Greatwoods LLC is a family-owned timberland investor with property located in New Hampshire, Vermont, Oregon, and Washington. We strive to “keep forests forest” through active management using our two licensed foresters to reach that goal. In addition to high quality timber production, we have welcomed other leasing opportunities to help support our efforts. The other non-timber opportunities we are engaged with are maple tap leases for maple spa production as well as two wind energy generation sites in the northeast. We have owned and managed timberland since 1997.

We are always interested in adding additional timberland to our land base.
